We use carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan,
and our cooking techniques bring out the best in these ingredients,
creating truly delicious dishes.
We also source Japanese sake from various regions each month.

Tradition and commitment
Soba
Our soba flour is pesticide-free buckwheat flour from Mount Akagi in Gunma Prefecture, and we hand-make our noodles in the store every morning.
Sake
We offer a selection of Japanese sake from all over the country, ranging from classic favorites to rare finds, tailored to the season.
Unagi
We prepare domestic eel by ordering live eels and carefully grilling each one individually upon receiving an order.
Tempura Soba Set
The most popular dish, 'Tempura Soba Set'. We use pesticide-free buckwheat flour from Mount Akagi in Gunma Prefecture.
